The successful candidate will have a leadership role on a high-performance team executing a fast-track design and implementation project, which will form the basis of a product suite which will become the company’s mainstream offering.  Unlike very large software shops, Arsenault’s Technical Center offers developers the opportunity for rapid growth and advancement through team involvement in all facets of design and development. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

·         Visual Basic 6.0

·         Visual Basic .NET

·         .NET Framework

·         ActiveX DLL design and development

·         Windows forms design and development

·         Windows API programming

·         Object-oriented design and programming

·         SQL Server, relational database design, T-SQL programming

·         MS Access, Jet programming w/DAO, ADO, and ADOX

·         Crystal Reports design and API programming

·         ASP.NET

·         HTML

·         Commercial software development techniques

·         Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.

·         Must have managed, or assisted in the management of, a multi-faceted software development project.

·         BS in Computer Science or equivalent, and 10+ years working experience (or equivalent).

 

Additional Technical Skills Desired:

 

·         C#

·         C++

·         XML

·         SOAP & web service development in a Microsoft environment

·         InstallShield

·         VB 6.0 to VB.NET migration experience

·         COM+ programming

·         SQL Server Reporting Services

·         BusinessObjects (Crystal) Enterprise
