Senior Software Deve
Well established and rapidly growing information technology company seeks a strong Senior Software Developer.
We are looking for a strong  individual with strong background in software development, project management, and customer/end user communications. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills needed; some travelling may be involved. We work in an exciting and interesting industry, and we are a fun and exciting company!
Some job responsibilities include: - Provide technical leadership for software developers and support groups
- Act as a liaison between development team and customers, management and end users
- Keep track of projects, scheduling and resource allocation
- Analyze application requirements and provide recommended technical design solutions which are       Â
 efficient, scalable, maintainable and accurately meet business needs
-Â Develop new and continuously enhance existing applications
- Document existing processes

Expected Skill Set includes: - 5+ years of Software development, project lead and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with senior management
- Have an intense customer focus
- Excellent experience in C++/C#/Web development
- Can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented
