Job Duties: 

Perform direct, on-site and remote installations of the BoxTone product set

Provide support services to the customer via phone, email and on-site

Provide Blackberry management consulting services to clients

Assist in the development and delivery of training for customers and partners

Assist in the management of client and partner relationships

Develop and improve customer support documentation and tools

Work with engineering and QA to resolve customer issues

Work with Director of Client Services to track customer and deliverable status

Work with Director of Client Services to to create and deliver a "Blackberry Management Assessment" engagement which will include client consultations and written recommendations to customers

 

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of advanced Messaging Technologies (either Exchange or Domino)

Strong understanding of BlackBerry Server Administration and End-user management

Experience interacting with and supporting large clients (deployments)

Ability to take ownership of customer issues and follow cases through to resolution

Strong consulting and customer interaction skills

Desired Skills:

Experience in system management enterprise software

SQL and Oracle

Experience in a start-up environment

Flexibility, enthusiasm, professional maturity

Detail oriented

Education Requirements: 

College Degree in IT preferred
