Senior SAP Logistics/TPVS Configuration Specialist

This position is responsible for the configuration and on-going development and reporting of the SAP SCM TPVS and LEO applications to meet business requirements. Understand and translate complex business requirements to develop and create application solution bundles to be deployed across the enterprise. Follow the standard Development Life-Cycle process (analysis – design – development and configuration). Work with the CCE BIS Deployment organization and other internal BIS teams to facilitate and ensure on-time project completion and resolution of issues. Provide as necessary support and training to the Deployment organization to enable the roll-out of the application solution bundle.


POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS



1. Support

a. Provide third level 24 by 7 support for problem resolution. b. Develop user documentation. c. Participate in on-site engagements when required. d. Convert and verify data. e. Application Configuration. f. Serve as liaison between users, vendors and technical groups to resolve complex issues.

2. Project

a. Perform system configuration. b. Define application requirements. c. Conduct requirements gathering. d. Write functional specifications. e. Application Configuration. f. Routine review of application controls and security components. g. Build test plans and perform system testing, work with users and project development teams during the design, construction, testing and implementation of modifications to systems.

3. Change Management

a. Complete change management and SOX documentation. b. Communicate system and procedural changes to user through excellent written and oral communication.

4. Process Improvement

a. Perform system changes. b. Increase user proficiency and solution utilization. c. Evaluate new releases of software from vendors. d. Provide education and training to advance the ability of our user community. e. Communicate and reinforce standard business process concepts and methodology. f. Recommend system or process enhancements. g. Establish and maintain relationships with key business area users.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 years experience w/SAP TPVS, TMS, Shortrec, Logiplan Manufacturing industry experience. Experience in Process Analysis & Redesign Experience in Consulting and relationship management Experience in coordinating work delivery within a multi-team environment 5-7 years general work experience 3 Years experience with SAP Logistics Applications including but not limited to a combination of WMS, IM, MM, or RF (in support of WMS applications). 5 Years experience with Supply Chain processes
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED 6+ years Fast Moving Consumer Goods (CPG) Experience 6-8 years working experience with CCE applications portfolio 3-5 years Project Management with implementation experience Experience in supporting ERP Systems
