Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary: Test and deploy applications on various application servers, databases and operating systems. Perform unit testing, acceptance testing, feature testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, stress testing, load testing and performance testing of Turbine proprietary game engine software and associated systems. Enhance current test processes for all phases of product development testing. Maintain test suites and write test plans and processes.Document issues and solutions in our knowledge base. Create and maintain documentation for QA procedures. Enhance current automation and tool development processes. Develop tools and scripts for automating test procedures. Design, development, and execution of automated testing applications and scripts as needed, utilizing a variety of technologies, including PERL, C++, C#, and QuickTest Pro.

Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and 3+ years of professional QA work experience Experience developing testing tools, scripts, and automation using a variety of languages. Working familiarity with online games and massively multiplayer games. Desire to work in a collaborative environment

Pluses: Gaming industry experience, especially MMOG experience.Experience specific to game console testing, especially Xbox 360 and PS3.1+ years experience with Linux operating systems.1+ years experience with C++ or C# software development. 1+ years experience with SQL, especially MSSQL Server. 1+ years automation experience with QuickTest Pro or other automation tools
