Ideal candidates will experience exciting opportunities for professional development within a booming industry!  Job Description The Senior Product Marketing Manager / Director will build and coordinating messaging and marketing plans for Network Solutions products and solutions. The individual will take a customer-centric view with a focus on product positioning, messaging, merchandising and marketing plans to meet customer needs  Responsibilities include: Ø Responsible for product / solution positioning, merchandising and marketing plans Ø Define product / solution's unique value proposition and messaging strategy Ø Perform competitive analysis on the positioning of products / solutions Ø Make merchandising recommendations for company's web sites Ø Develop market segmentation strategy resulting in increased market penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction Ø Analyzing new positioning and brand implications (assess market, analyze data) Ø Conduct ongoing research and market analysis to assess status of developed strategies and make periodic adjustments to messaging, packaging etc Ø Assist in training development for inbound and outbound telesales/customer service ØExercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Job Experience Education: Ø Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent Ø MBA or progress toward an MBA desirable.Work Experience: Ø~10 years business experience with an emphasis on positioning and marketing plans Ø Experience in managing/dealing with Internet or technology related products Ø Experience in product/solution packaging and messaging Ø Prior experience in marketing to small businesses a plus Ø Strategic analysis and development know-how (including financial analysis and justification of initiatives) Ø Project planning and management skills are desired Ø Management experience including leading cross-functional teams while handling multiple projects simultaneously is required. Ø Excellent organization, project management and oral/written communications and presentation skills with the ability to work independently or in a team setting; adjust to constantly changing priorities.
