Senior Marketing Manager

As a result, we are in search of a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager who can sustain and enhance this growth further.DescriptionThe Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for a broad range of marketing and sales enablement requirements for FXpress products and services targeted at Fortune 1000 corporate treasuries.  The candidate will work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to formulate marketing strategy, identify and execute marketing initiatives, hire and direct a team of marketing professionals, and manage the group to a set of objectives and budget.           

Responsibilities

·       Uncover, nurture and build sales opportunity pipeline for the North American sales force through lead generation activities with the ability to track and report campaign successes

·       Define objectives and program elements that align with the company’s sales goals and market priorities

·       Leverage multiple marketing channels (Media, Events, Online, Direct Marketing and Partner Relations) to reach the target audience and facilitate sales opportunities

·       Assist sales and product managers in understanding and participating in marketing programs

·       Build further brand credibility through speaking opportunities, media relations, award nominations, white paper development and article placement and more

·       Ensure correct messaging, positioning and branding for all the solutions and services

·       Develop branding and messaging for new products and services

·       Prepare sales collateral (brochures, datasheets, sales decks) to explain FXpress product positioning

·       Manage and maintain company website

·       Promote company and product at events and plan and execute pre and post event activities. Track and manage events to ensure cost effectiveness and continuous improvement.

·       Organize and manage webinars to facilitate brand awareness and demand generation

Requirements

·       Experience working in fast-growing software companies is preferred

·       Understanding of Software-as-a-Service model and benefits is preferred

·       Knowledge of finance, accounting and regulatory concepts is preferred

·       Proven ability to efficiently produce programs and deliverables in support of company sales goals

·       Ability to cultivate strong interpersonal customer and co-worker relationships

·       Strong leadership skills.  Experience managing small teams, setting standards, coaching team members and setting a strong example for others to follow

·       Ability to translate sales and marketing challenges into programs and solutions that overcome those challenges

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·       6+ years experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or similar functions

·       Bachelor’s degree required, MBA highly desirable
