Senior Java/J2EE Developer/Architect

Description:
Our client is a proven technology services company located in the Loop. They are currently searching for a Senior Java / J2EE Architect / Engineer with at least 5 years of Java / J2EE experience. The person will work full-time as a consultant. This position pays up to 120k, and offers full benefits, vacation, and stock options. You will need full life cycle Java and J2EE development experience and e-commerce development experience is preferred.

Required Skills:
* J2EE or MVC Framework
* Servlets, Struts, ASP and Java Script
* Oracle
* Spring Framework

Desired Skills:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Previous architecture and/or team lead experience
* Consultancy experience
* Ability to interact with end users and clients

Job Responsibilities:
* Full life-cycle development of J2EE
* The ability to mentor staff as well as have input on development methodologies
* Travel of up to 25%
