Senior Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Analyst

Femme Comp Inc. currently has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced ITIL practitioner supporting a Department of Defense customer in Falls Church, VA. The candidate will provide thought leadership and industry intellectual capital to the FCI team and to the client regarding the ITIL and CobiT practices. Ongoing updating of industry best practices is required by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations, and conducting research. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

•Provide in-depth technical expertise toward the adoption of core ITIL and CobiT processes and will be the senior advisor on the processes for the client organization.
•Focus on driving frequent and measurable benefits to the client organization.
•Senior advisor on the planning and implementation of solutions and mentor client staff on IT Service Management implementation methodologies.
•Work with client Process Owners and teams to develop process workflows, functional roles, procedures, and performance management plans for each process.
•Serve as a positive change advocate and coach staff on the proactive and positive management change.
•Provide thought leadership and industry intellectual capital to the FCI team and to the client regarding the ITIL and CobiT practices.
•Update industry best practices is required by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations, and conducting research.

Required Skills and Education:
•Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
•ISO20000 and Six Sigma working knowledge is required, certifications are beneficial.
•The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years experience in IT Service Management and project and client management from an established IT consulting firm or large enterprise.
•Experience with project and/or program management and demonstrated success in leading teams toward accomplishment of measured results.
•Specific experience in IT operations infrastructure and telecommunications.
•Expert level business process engineering skills.
•Strong quality and continual service improvement program management skills.
•Strong cultural change and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to conceive and communicate conceptual and strategic solutions and establish a relationship of confidence with client executives.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills, client relationship skills and team building skills.
•Professional attitude, service orientation and attention to details.
•Resourceful, energetic, self-confident, self-motivated and results-driven.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
•US Citizenship; Ability to obtain and hold DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Desired Skills and Education:
• ITIL Practitioner level certification is required. ITIL Service Manager is preferred.

Citizenship/Clearance requirement:  Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and will be required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
