ACCESS technologies were central to the development of the first successful mobile data service in the world and this pioneering success has grown at a phenomenal pace with ACCESS technologies now deployed in millions of devices throughout the world.Responsibilities:As a Senior GUI Framework Developer you will help shape the direction of ACCESS' innovative mobile applications, which build upon our great software for Linux-based cell phones. In this environment, you will propose, design and develop innovative original framework code solutions for attractive User Interfaces. The framework, graphical effects, and features you develop must be intuitive, fast, reliable. They should also delight and inspire our users. You probably have implemented animation effects as part of a user interface (e.g. bouncing icons, rotating short cuts etc).Ultimately, there are really only three major qualifications: be an expert C programmer, be experienced on GUI Framework internals, and be passionate about developing great software!Requirements:10+ years of software development experience Strong C/C++ development (design and coding) in a Linux (Unix, Solaris, MacOS etc) environment Able to architect Linux and open source solutions. Familiarity with the implementation of at least one GUI toolkit Experience coding for limited memory devices Enjoy solving tough technical challenges. Strong written and spoken communication skills Must be a self-starter, able to work with a great degree of complexity and autonomy Experience programming OpenGL software, or even implementing the OpenGL spec.BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent Click here to apply.
