Job Description

In this position, you will work with the engineering and project team on development and design projects including the design and maintenance of Flash® animations for client LMS systems, and design and development of Flash based e-learning courses in our Southern New Hampshire office. 

 

The successful candidate will have strong Flash and web design experience, strong creative skills, project coordination and management skills, excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment, be deadline driven and have excellent written and verbal communications skills. 

 

Essential Responsibilities

 Design and develop Flash based e-learning course templates using a variety of authoring tools.Integration of a variety of assessment styles into coursesIntegration of audio and video elements into Flash presentationsGenerate SCORM compliant e-learning coursesDevelop interactive Flash based animations for client systemsCollaborate with other Flash developers to develop team skillsConsult with team/clients to meet objectives of assignments, as needed, by clarifying content updates, and/or creative requests and deadlines.Experience Level:  Mid-Level, 3-5 years of design experienceSpecialized Skills and Knowledge:Must be expert with Flash 8 and Flash CS3Must be expert with Actionscript 2.0 and 3.0Must have experience working with Flash based audio and video within web based applicationsCreative skills for Flash and other animation programsProficiency with PC and Macintosh computers and relevant design related programs, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Acrobat, ImageReady, Word, PowerPoint, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Java Script is a plus.SCORM knowledge is a plusAbility to effectively manage time and schedules. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Self-motivated with and good use of independent judgment.Proofreading and editing skills. Must be confident to take a project from concept through production.Project management skills.
