Pen-Link, Ltd. is a fast growing Nebraska privately owned technology company that has been a leading supplier of communication intelligence software to law enforcement and security agencies around the globe.  We are looking for a database architect to design and build a new logical model database for core product in market with 20 years of innovation.  This individual will be a disciplined, creative, proven leader and hands on performer.

Required Experience:      BS in Computer Science or equivalent -Excellent skills in SQL programming and performance optimization expertise -7 + years of experience as database developer on Microsoft SQL Server including SQL  Server or Oracle databases -3 + years of experience with database administration, support, optimizations and monitoring Proven record of completing projects on time to specification Global development experience and international localization knowledge Metric based performer able to track and measure success Leadership experience preferred
