Akamai - Powering a Better Internet. * Act as a liaison between Business and IT communities for all systems needs * During deployment of new applications lead cross-company teams through project life cycle from requirements definition to testing, training, and deployment * Review technical designs to confirm they support business reporting requirements * Develop and execute system test plans and scenarios * Prepare training materials for deployment of applications, modules, enhancements and bug fixes. * Develop baseline datasets and reports to support business requirements * Communicate project status and escalate issues to management * Implement Business and IT processes to ensure data integrity/accuracy * Responsible for reporting application enhancements & maintenance (includes end-user support) * Strong project involvement with large scale software development projects and the associated resource allocation, timelines, and budget constraints. Strong communication skills * Bachelor's degree * 5 years of business analysis experience with increasing project management responsibilities * Proven skills in relational and multi-dimensional data modeling * Strong communications skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization * Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously * Exposure to Finance, Sales, Marketing, & Support disciplines a plus * Familiar with one of the following: SQL, Brio, Informatica, Siebel, Oracle Financial Applications, HTML, Javascript.
