This is your chance to work with a global public company that has the energy, teamwork and pace of a start up!  Supporting the North American Payable organization, you will be a key member of this small but extremely productive team.  Working in our global headquarters, centrally located near the John Wayne Airport, you will interface with all levels of management throughout North America.  We work hard and have a lot of fun doing so!  This is a key hourly position in our Accounting Division.  Read on!

 

What you should bring to the table…

·  Proven success processing invoices and generating check requests in a high volume environment.

·  Ability to create purchase orders

·  Experience with 3-way matching, vendor set-ups and special projects.

·  Knowledge necessary to create month end accruals and reconciliations.

·  Superb customer service skills to be helpful and professional at all times.

·  3-5 years in an A/P Specialist capacity.

·  Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office suite.  (Word, Excel)

·  Knowledge of Epicor eBack Office is a plus.

·  DocLink experience a definite advantage.

High School Diploma and some college course work.
