speakTECH is searching for dedicated Services sales professionals to lead the efforts in several key Enterprise accounts based in Texas. We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude. We’re seeking that special person who has a keen business sense and a real talent to sniff out interactive and technology projects. Someone who lives for the hunt and takes pride in working with one of the premier up and coming interactive and technology companies. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have direct experience in selling complex services. The role requires a solid understanding of Microsoft’s technology, competitive positioning, and experience in the delivery of large, complex and strategic information technology projects for large customers. The candidates must have demonstrated experience calling on high-level business, marketing and technology decision makers with project-specific outcomes. 

You will identify, negotiate and manages sales opportunities with prospective new clients as well as existing clients. You will be responsible for selling speakTECH creative, marketing and technology projects.  This includes: 

 

§  Prospecting and qualifying opportunities for creative and technology based consulting services (architectural, advisory, development and deployment services)

§  Developing and maintaining relationships with existing accounts and in the community

§  Scoping engagements utilizing key speakTECH creative and technical team members

§  Preparing the proposals, statements of work, and corresponding contracts

§  Updating a monthly forecast to management for new work soldIdeal Candidate:

They will have a proven record for strategic thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skill and a passion for communicating the benefits of great products and services to partners and clients. Our ideal candidate must have proven leadership experience and demonstrate strong sales, negotiations, and partner relationship management abilities. This candidate should be driven to solve client business problems and the ability to address multiple projects and challenges. Requirements:

§  5+ yrs. of business development experience in an advertising agency, marketing or technology related industry

§  Demonstrated success selling at the executive level

§  Strong capability to interact with client marketing and information technology leaders in a sales situation

§  Deep knowledge of and ties into Texas business community

§  Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions. 

§  A solid understanding of how solutions are built, and what is involved in implementing solutions with customers

§  Experience in professional services

§  Strong written communication skills, particularly those required to conveying marketing strategy in structured (e.g. RFP response) documents in a way that positively differentiates the company’s capabilities

§  Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do quality work under tight deadlines.  Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills

§  Understanding and appreciation for Interactive and creative design and its role in driving sales, adoption and business impact

§  Experience with or sound understanding of Web 2.0 and Social networking tools, benefits and technologies a significant benefit

§  Solid project management skills including risk assessment and management experience is a plus

§  Bachelor or Masters of Arts or Sciences preferred.
