Position Description:

We are looking for a Security and Compliance Analyst to help us architect and maintain our IT compliance program. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, process oriented, and intimately familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and security principles.

Responsibilities:

• Drives IT compliancy program including, but not limited to, Sarbanes Oxley, Security and Privacy.
• Primary contact with external and internal auditor in the interpretation and implementation of IT controls.
• Ensure information security by driving standards and policies throughout IT .
• Evaluate core processes with the goal of establishing leading practices.
• Develop & drive adoption of compliance control processes worldwide. Drive adoption of monitoring of internal control processes.
• Recommend and prioritize process and system modifications designed to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Review the security posture of current network architecture, systems, and applications
• Develop, maintain, and enforce information security policies and standards.
• Assist in assuring that application security controls are consistent with current information security policies and industry best practices and are in compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Oversee third party security reviews to include events such as annual on-site assessments; periodic

Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• CISA or CISM certification
• Functional knowledge of IT and Business
• Process Oriented
• Sound judgment
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, the ability to work individually, within a team, and with other groups.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written across all user levels
