Security Analyst - TTNET
Overview:We are currently seeking to add a Security Analyst to our TTNET™ team. TTNET™ is TT’s fully managed hosting solution for FCMs, trading firms, banks and other institutions that prefer an outsourced solution. Specially trained TT technicians handle all responsibilities of network administration hardware configuration, infrastructure maintenance, data line management upgrades, backups, security and user support. Responsibilities:· Develop plans and procedures to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs.· Document computer security and emergency measures, policies, procedures, and tests.· Provides guidance to staff pertaining to the preparation, authentication, safeguarding, and transmission of sensitive/confidential material.· Monitor current reports of anomaly detection to determine when to update protection systems.· Perform risk assessments and execute tests of information technology systems to ensure function and continuity of business computer related programs and activities and security measures.· Review violations of computer security procedures and discuss with management.· Coordinate implementation of the computer security system plan.· Research security and disaster recovery information technologies of potential benefit to the organization· Identify and document the projected costs and benefits of information security technology capabilities. · Coordinate or conduct security related systems training for users and organizational management. Requirements:· 1+ year experience in IT security.· 2+ years of IT experience (MS, Linux, Unix, Cisco).· Good working knowledge of networks, MS, Linux, Unix, Cisco PIX/ASA firewalls, VPN, IPSEC and Cisco ACS.· Must be detail oriented and have excellent documentation skills.· BCP design and implementation experience a plus.· Sarbanes- Oxley regulation compliance experience a plus.
