Search Marketing Manager

If so, the Search Media Operations Group may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Vertical Insight Search Manager to create actionable vertical insights, share vertical expertise across service segments, and enable growth in vertical revenue. In this role, you will leverage your problem solving skills, analytical background, and search knowledge by: Developing a clear strategy to grow revenue in a vertical Enabling different service groups by creating scalable, actionable insights to drive revenue and customer satisfaction Building strong service team and partner relationships to maximize vertical revenue and partner satisfaction The Vertical Insight Search Media Analytics team is headquartered in Seattle with opportunities in NYC and Chicago. We are currently looking for a Vertical Insight Search Manager to manage one or more verticals in US market. Core responsibilities: Overarching responsibility:Increase vertical revenueHigh partner satisfaction Through Developing actionable vertical insights and proactively sharing them with different service segments Identifying vertical opportunities and developing a strategy pursuing the opportunities through cross segment partnership Providing scalable optimization best practices and recommendations such as keyword libraries, bid profiles, and ad copy to service teams Delighting customers by providing front line service teams with sophisticated and actionable insights which help the customers understand how to react to and anticipate the changing digital environment in their particular vertical Developing tools through internal and cross segment partnerships to provide optimization and vertical insights in a scalable and effective manner Providing seasonal information to partners to prepare for upcoming growth opportunities Creating and monitoring a dash board of vertical KPI to provide guidance to management and partners Consulting with service teams to enable them with vertical insights, optimization best practices, and business enablers to drive customer satisfaction and vertical revenue Education and experience: EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required MBA or equivalent preferred Work Experience3+ years in account management/client service/marketing analytics role 3+ within online marketing, at least 2 of which should include paid 3+ search experience at major search engine, online agency, or online 3+ marketer2+ years in highly-quantitative role focusing on analysis and 2+ interpretation of data years of experience with a strong quantitative 2+ or qualitative focus on one of the focus verticals Skills Needed:Strong quantitative and analytical skills Excellent online marketing skills; keen ability to link data to insights Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Impact and influence in large organization Cross team collaboration in a large organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Experience w/MS Excel & other MS Office Strong attention to detail Dealing with ambiguity This job description details the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this position.
