The focus is in retail demand.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS The individual in this position must be able to contribute on all project phases including design, implementation, and support. WORK EXPERIENCE *Creation and improvement of processes designed to produce high-quality, repeatable, and automated data modeling, and optimization *Creation and implementation of robust and efficient numerical algorithms *Design/architecture of data models that support algorithms *Knowledge transfer to both internal and external parties TRAVEL Occasional domestic and international travelEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES *4+ years experience with expertise in linear algebra, statistics, signal processing, Bayesian analysis, state space models, estimation (MMSE, ML, MAP, Kalman, etc), optimization *Plus strong programming skills (MATLAB, C++) *PhD or MS in Mathematics or Engineering discipline   Title: Scientific EngineerCompany: SAPLocation: Scottsdale, AZ 85251Status: Full Time, EmployeeJob Category: IT/Software Development
