Consulting Engagement / Hourly Freelance Contract

IntelliDOT Corporation is looking for a Salesforce.com guru to help us launch, customize and expand our Salesforce.com CRM system using best practices and proven expertise.

 

Requirements:

Individual must have more than five years of Salesforce.com corporate client expertise and 3- 5 corporate client references.  Work will be completed on-site at the IntelliDOT corporate office in San Diego, California.

Project will consist of an in-depth review and analysis of current system set up and recommendations on how to enhance and optimize.  This includes requirements gathering, building and customizing the system, scripting of complex data imports, and training staff on sales and marketing functionality to become self-sufficient.

Individual must be a ‘super-user’ and have hands-on experience with the following:

· Integrating, updating and customizing multiple data sources to populate and maintain data in Salesforce.com

· In-depth and robust marketing expertise in using Salesforce.com for lead generation and contact management

· Expertise in customizing the sales and marketing modules

· Dashboard design and reporting

o Customized dashboard creation and training

o Analytic mash-ups creation and training

o Real-time data analysis and training

· Data quality management with customized imports

o Integration of multiple party databases and contacts (e.g. HIMSS Analytics)

o Ongoing integration and updates to contacts/leads from data feeds from industry sources with manipulation techniques for clean quarterly data updates

· Campaign management design and customization

o Mass email marketing

o Email tracking

o Email templates

o List creation

o Detailed reporting

· Lead Management

o Online lead capture

o Import wizards

o Search and Merge
