Sales - Web Based Software Product

Connecticut-based software development company looking for a sales rep for our new web-based software product.  Product is marketed to small businesses to automate communications to their clients and prospective clients.  Sell nationally to doctors, lawyers, dentists, podiatrists, hair salons and spas, and more.  Product is competitively priced in the market and has a loyal customer base.

 

Successful candidate will have the following qualities:

 

-          Outgoing, friendly personality

-          Computer literate

-          Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

-          Must be able to close the sale

-          Comfortable with cold calls

-          Must be able to impress clients with ability to meet deadlines, keep appointments, and follow up to commitments

-          Ability to provide product demos

-          Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Go To Meeting a plus

-          Detailed record keeping and reporting to management required

-          Professional appearance and demeanor required

-          Located in Northeast or MidAtlantic states for proximity to home office
