Our employees drive our vision and help to make our success possible.  Job Description: Provide direct support to a rapidly growing sales force.  Become an expert in Company owned CRM / ERP system.  Assist, train and support sales force in the internal use of that system, including managing leads and customer records, developing proposals, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of quotes and sales orders, and providing guidance on sales policies and procedures.  Hands on position that requires daily interaction with sales force.  Provide ad hoc analysis to sales management as required. Minimum Requirements: At least two years in a similar support role of one or more CRM / ERP systems Great attention to detail; thorough and accurate in work Can-do customer – focused attitude; willingness to help, to teach and to support others. Flexibility to work longer hours near month end Desired experience in a customer support role.
