Job Description Sales Ops Program Manager Trend Micro is seeking top notch CRM or PRM Program Managers to join our team. In this role, you will lead individuals and project managers involved with cross-functional teams and will oversee plans and direct schedules as well as project budgets. You will monitor programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interface with internal customers or department personnel. Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensure communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Must possess top notch communication skills, the drive to succeed and work independently and on a team. The ability to multi task and deliver quality results. Effectively manage budget and all resources to balance both short term and long term needs. Demonstrate skills with estimating and project planning, scope management, and resource planning. -This individual must be available for Domestic/International travel anywhere from 50 - 75% of the time. Must be organized, have a sense of urgency, and able to set, communicate and meet aggressive deadlines and milestones. Must naturally take initiative, and have a desire to always learn and do more. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able move easily from one level of detail to another. Ability to present solution to “Câ€� level executives. Listen to customers in order to understand their needs. Advise, accompany and coach stakeholders as a “trusted advisorâ€�. Build and maintain a close relationship with partners and customers. Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills. Collaborate with regional stakeholders and drive consistency and alignment to agreed process & standards. Manage business change request and enhancement process.Experience Desired:7+ years of work experience in project or program management, preferably within the software industry or services. MSP or other program management certification a plus; minimum PRINCE2, PMI or other project management certification an advantage. Interface with software design and development, IT, finance, HR and other functional business partners in order to integrate their contribution to program and project success. Drive change management, training and coaching elements of program delivery. Possess ability to understand and work through complex global deployment requirements to successful plan. Ability to work across multiple cultures. Experience with CRM and/or PRM solutions a plus. Sales and Marketing business process knowledge/experience a must. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage/lead global programs/projects. Ability to communicate, influence, collaborate and lead globally, remotely, across cultures and across functional areas. Multi-lingual capabilities a plus.
