Navigators Software is a India based Web Application Outsourcing company with extraordinary technology in the areas of Web 2.0, Content Management Systems, Enterprise 2.0 and other Internet based services. We have had great success over the last couple years in building an initial US client base working out of India.

We are looking for a US based leader to help us grow and establish a sizeable permanent presence in North America. This is a ground floor opportunity where the right individual can build a long term career.

We are a subsidiary of Rungta Enterprises, a multi-million dollar conglomerate with businesses in steel, man-made fibers, engineering and specialty wires.

Navigators Software has over 200 developers and managers with a state-of-the-art production facility in India, along with the credentials of being Microsoft Gold Partners. We are agile, flexible and growing rapidly, paying keen attention to this dynamic industry and its demands. We score over larger players because we are approachable and accept change.

The compensation package is highly competitive with base plus incentive with no caps.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to generate revenue through self-driven initiatives and Navigators Software sponsored marketing programs.

Develop and implement a business development strategy appropriately leveraging technology, site structure, and process improvement opportunities in order to effectively support and enhance the brand.

You will have to identify and penetrate new accounts, as well as leverage existing client relationships for new businesses.

You will manage all phases of the sales life cycle from prospecting to closure including negotiating prices and contractual agreements.

You will use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate solution-offerings to prospects.  You will anchor proposal preparation activity, and work closely with relevant managers in identifying appropriate solutions.

You will benefit by gaining superior knowledge of target market segment and business trends.

You will be required build successful and scalable relationships with C-Level audience in prospect organizations and work under minimum supervision.

Desired CharacteristicsBeing second best should not be a compliment for you.

A proven 5+ year track record in selling web applications, intranets, customized applications, web sites, e-commerce solutions to a mid to large size outsourcing company. An Extensive network of contacts with decision makers in the software industry and IT departments of small and medium size companies.

Requirements

Basic software knowledge in the field of your choice. Ability to work from home. Ability to travel up to 80%. Permanent Resident or US Citizen. BS Degree in any technical subject
