Sales Executive - IT Staffing

Interpro, Inc. is a growing IT SOLUTIONS COMPANY, established in 1993, with its corporate office in the Metro Detroit area. Our employees work at corporate and government client sites throughout the United States, on a wide range of projects.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate must have the ability to define his or her own role, take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance, as well as have:

- Proven customer advocacy skills
- Self-motivation and organizational skills, with a positive and constructive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- At least 2-3 years experience in the IT staffing industry
- Willingness to be a team player and be comfortable working in a smaller organization

This Sales Executive should be able to:

1.) Identify new sources of business through:

Follow-up/ inside sales activities for existing customer base
Cold Calls/internet/tele-sales lead generation
Outside sales activities through face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients

2.) Negotiate price, project start dates, and other terms
3.) Follow up on pre-placement interviews, placement formalities, and documentation

4.) Maintain contact with client for contract extension, additional leads, and problem resolution
