Position summary:
The position of Sales Associate is designed to increase the amount of qualified opportunities that the Prove It! Sales Representatives have with prospects, increase revenue for the Kenexa Prove It! business line, and serve as a learning ground for future Sales Representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute on call list to potential customers
2. Identify leads and schedule appointments each week with decision makers and Kenexa Prove It! Sales representatives. os.
3. Update Saleslogix according to SOP’s for each prospect
4. Attend weekly Sales Team trainings and meetings, as well as daily interaction with your Sales Mentor.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated success in a performance-based environment.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers.
4. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree (BA), equivalent qualification or qualified by experience.
