Title: Sales Administrator, Americas Systems Sales #65459 Location: New York, NY Position Summary: Autodesk has a very exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to assist in coordination and administration of sales activities and events to support the Systems Sales team in the Americas M&E division. This position will also encompass special projects and sales event coordination. We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, person who is able to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Key Responsibilities: Provides administrative and sales support to the Regional Sales Manager, Territory Mangers and Application Engineers for the Americas Systems East region for the Media and Entertainment Division Processes and tracks systems sales orders using specific tools such as sales force.com and SAP Performs various analytical tasks, involving budgets, vacation tracking and specialized sales forecasting reports Works with Finance to ensure payments are processed and tracked accurately Coordinates and arranges all departmental operational meetings and customer meetings and briefings Arranges and coordinates business travel for sales reps Assists in purchasing and event coordination for sales events on and off site Attends tradeshows and coordinates related meetings, sales and marketing collateral for events Serves as contact to people inside and outside the company and follows up for field requests for head office support Provides administrative support for all internal systems for HR, Finance, Accounts Payable, Expense Reports Responsible for managing general office duties for NY office as needed Desired Skills and Competencies: Thorough knowledge of sales administrative practices and procedures Media & Entertainment Industry experience in a programs/project admin or sales support function Effective communications, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, specifically in customer service and working directly with Autodesk Customers Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) Experience with sales tools such as TAS, Salesforce.com Highly organized and detail oriented Motivated, self-starter with excellent time management skills High energy, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Professional manner and attitude Able to handle confidential information Requirements/Education: Minimum 3-5 years experience in an administrative role supporting a sales team Post secondary education Autodesk provides one of the most exceptional compensation and benefit packages, including stock options for all employees, 401k matching, six week sabbatical after four years of employment, domestic partner policy, on going employee training and development, flexible work hours and more!
