Sales Administrative Assistant

Location: Summerlin, NV 89144 Position: Full Time, Employee Salary Range: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 USD /yearDOE Position Consists Of: Assisting the Sales department in daily activities. Tracking contracts and mailings. Answering the Sales phone line and directing call to appropriate person. Working with potential clients. Misc. office duties. Making travel arrangements for tradeshows, conferences, etc. Updating the database daily.Qualifications include: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Goldmine. Previous sales and database experience also a plus. 2-4 years of Sales team administrative support is REQUIRED.
