SQL Developer, T-SQL, stored procedures
We need a senior level SQL Server 2005 Developer for our client in Fort Worth, Texas. This senior SQL developer role gives the opportunity to work with several .NET Developer teams with their needs for TSQL, stored procedures, complex joins, complex views, join optimizations, database modeling. Lend your expertise on complex database design objectives and database development deliverables. This person will work as part of the core team of developers; and will help find development and programming standards and will help maintain development standards of a new web software product. This environment is 100% SQL Server 2005, .NET 2.0 / 3.0 ; as well as tools such as SubVersion. SQL Development in on SQL Server 2005 and Windows 2003 server: stored procedures (TSQL); create views; optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and write and optimize all kinds of complex joins. Very challenging SQL development position.
Required Skills:
MS SQL Server 2000/2005, TSQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, View Optimizations, SQL query optimizations, Complex Joins.
3+ years experience in TSQL and a college degree in Computer Science, or related degree or equivalent experience.
· Ability to write complex queries and complex joins
· Skilled in optimizing queries in a normalized database environment
· Can write complex Stored Procedures
· Must know the difference between inner joins and outer joins, and other complex joins.
Preferred Skills:
4+ years of TSQL (Transact SQL, stored procedures) with SQL Server
5+ years of SQL Server experience preferred
MCDBA
