Description Organization:  Outsourcing Growth Platform / Application Outsourcing Location:  Southfield or Midland, MI People within Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software Our AO resources can expect to:  Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. The team lead role includes estimating, planning, staffing and managing the work for the ITT team. The role also includes ownership of strategic test deliverables such as test approach, data planning and allocating resources to the testing effort based on size/scope of SAP program. Key Responsibilities:  The individual will work as part of a team to analyze testing requirements, complete test approaches and plans, write detailed test approaches, build detailed test execution plans, manage test execution, report status and provide knowledge transfer plans for production support. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:   1 year of industry and/or classroom experience implementing and testing SAP solutions. Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications:  Experienced in Chemicals industry and ECC 6.0 Experience dealing with off-shore centers for test execution.
