SAP Quality Management SMEDescription: In need of 4 - 6 contract resources to conduct training and field implementation activities in support of the deployment of 3 integrated applications: Well Integrity Management System (eWIMS), SAP QM, and Facility Status Reporting (FSR). SAP QM is configured for client capabilities. These resources will be required to travel to field locations (onshore & offshore). Responsibilities include: (1) Training planning, scheduling, materials preparations, and execution, (2) Field implementation support activities such as coaching, mentoring, issues resolution, and user application support. Requirements: Skills& Experience Requirements Responsibilities ? Plan & Schedule Training? Develop and Revise Training Materials ? Conduct Individual and Group Training (onsite and remote) ? Conduct Individual tutoring, coaching, and mentoring ? User application support & guidance in using applications to conduct field processes Business Applications? Required: SAP PM including master data, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, notifications and work orders ? Required: SAP QM including inspection characteristics, inspection lots and results recording? Preferred: OSI PI including tag setup & configuration, Datalink, and ProcessBook IT Processes / Technical? Required: Systems Implementation ? Required: Documentation (Technical, Training) ? Preferred: Business Change Management General Skills ? Communications ? Interpersonal / Team Facilitation / Negotiating ? Consulting Additional Client Requirements? Regular travel to Offshore and Onshore facilities ? Helicopter / Water Survival Training? Compliance to Client Policies and Procedures Location? For the Offshore training (4 resources), New Orleans, LA or surrounding vicinity is preferred ? For Onshore training (2 resources), New Orleans or Houston is OK. Travel will include McAllen, TX and Pinedale, WY. ?
