Job Description:
As a key member of the SAP configuration team for Vistaprint, you will be responsible for the design, build and support of SAP MM/WM business solutions. This will include defining business requirements, leading the design process, implementing and testing SAP MM/WM application capabilities. The optimal candidate for this position will have multiple years of experience leading SAP deployments in a manufacturing environment and be able to provide both SAP and Supply Chain best practices to Vistaprint. The role requires working closely with Vistaprint purchasing, finance and logistics business functions and the SAP development teams to design MM/WM solutions and manage issue resolution. Occasional travel (1-2 times a year) may be required to the plants (Canada, Netherlands, and Australia).
Essential Functions:
Deep functional and process expertise related to supply chain and procurement business process
Working closely with the business teams to lead functional processes definition and requirements gathering for the design of WM/MM modules
Design and configuration of WM/MM modules to support business requirements
Working with the business subject matter experts, QA and the SAP development teams to develop thorough test scripts
Testing application functionality and managing the test plans
Troubleshooting SAP technical and functional issues and coordinating issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams at Vistaprint
Requirements Include:
7+ years configuration experience with the MM module; experience with WM need not be as extensive
Experience with multiple MM/WM full project life cycle deployments
Thorough understanding of MRP and Consumption-based planning
Strong functional knowledge of purchasing and supply chain business processes including purchasing, inventory management and warehouse management
Ability to do process redesign and harness the full features of MM/WM to deliver more effective solutions
Strong understanding of MM integration with other SAP modules (particularly WM, FI, SRM and PP)
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a similar field.
Strong troubleshooting and technical experience and the ability to root cause application issues
Self-starter capable of driving requirements gathering sessions and managing issue resolution
Willingness to leave comfort zone and learn new functionality/modules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Action orientation and comfort with working in a fast paced, nimble work environment
