Ruby on Rails Developer

Our client is looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to help build a Web 2.0 application that requires a minimum amount of support and upkeep. Their development is iterative and fast. Applicants should expect to have to think on their feet and adapt to evolving project requirements.4+ Years of software development experience Fluidity with both Ruby and Rails Solid grasp of meta-programming techniques in Ruby Demonstrated appropriate use of design patterns Knowledgeable about RESTful Applications Experience with Rails deployment/management Participate in OSS or Rails communities Prefer working on a team to flying solo, and aren't afraid to talk to users and other non-technical folks Please send all resumes to chris@hcm-solutions.com .
