You’ll need to collaborate with team members to plan and design innovative web applications. That will consist of developing prototypes rapidly for evaluation and validation purposes, documenting code and system designs, and keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends."What's the environment?" The environment is casual to the naked eye - but professional to the core. We have brilliant engineers on staff. But the dress code is relaxed and the environment is casual (which is pretty funny for an AT&T company). If you've got a background as an SWE currently using Ruby in a commercial endeavor and you're passionate about the technology enough to do more than just show up for work (i.e. you code as a hobby too OR you participate and give back to the open-source community). Past that, 3 or more years experience with Rails, Python, or Java.
