JOB SUMMARY:

 
As a sales representative you will be responsible to respond to sales inquiries, qualify prospects, communicate Celerant’s value proposition, follow sales process, present product demonstrations, give detailed software demos, prepare proposals and update CRM records. Your overall mission will be to bring in new business and maintain consistent relationships with existing clients.

 
Any sales representative applicant must be experienced within the retail software industry and have extensive experience with not only sales, but the IT industry as well.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
- Provide software presentations to potential prospects, both virtually and on site.

- Utilize in-house CRM system for lead and sales tracking.

- Learn and communicate Celerant’s product offerings.

- Communicate frequently with existing customer base regarding new product offerings.

- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.

- Submit all contracts and support documents within the departmental standards.

- Coordinate installation efforts with customer and implementation team.

- Attend and participate in all sales meetings, trade shows and product sessions.

- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets.

- Meet or exceed sales quotas, achieve maximum new and existing sales.

 

 SKILLS REQUIRED:

 
- Bachelors Degree

- Experience with retail software sales

- Experience with professional or solution based selling

- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills

- Self motivated, goal oriented and driven to achieve success both as an individual and in a team

- Willingness to travel

- Eagerness to learn and grow with a stable, successful company

- Attention to detail
