We are currently seeking a Reporting Services Developer for our client in Omaha, NE. We invite you to review the position requirements below and apply today if your skills match our need. Type of Position- 6 month contract Essential Job Functions 1. Create reports with MS SQL Reporting Services 2005 and 2000 2. Create CUBES with MS SQL Analysis Services 2005 and 2000 3. Build Report Models and deploy Report Builder (ad hoc reporting) 4. Metadata Modeling (ad hoc reporting) 5. Setting up and troubleshooting ODBC connections 6. Project related duties may include client interaction to define technical requirements, architecting and developing solutions, solution testing, and on-going application support. 7. Analyzing data in multiple environments (pre and post transformation) 8. Conforming data to business definitions and an ability to troubleshoot reports and find errors in T-SQL--comparing record sets Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Ability to communicate with customers and other IS staff at a business and technical level both verbally and written. 2. Experience in developing T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, user defined functions, views and triggers for business logic implementation 3. Knowledge of data warehouse concepts such as, Time Relative Dimensions, Co-Related Facts and Third Normal/Star/Snowflake  MODIS Incorporated is the leader in the field of information technology (IT) consulting and solutions.
