We are currentlyseeking a VP Sales.$0$0$0$0$0Responsiblefor achieving quarterly product bookings quota, managing the region budget, andmaintaining customer satisfaction levels with the assigned Region(s).  Directsthe activities of sales resources including Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Inside Sales Managers (ISRs).  Influences the activities of Systems Engineers, Professional Service Consultants, Technical Support Engineers, partners, andexecutive sponsors within accounts in an assigned Region(s).$0$0$0$0$0Essential Job Functions:$0$0$0$0$0RegionalVP has the following performance objectives: $0$01) Achieveone hundred percent (100%) attainment of quarterly product quota.$0$02)     MaintainSalesforce.com Database including: $0$0 a.    Maintaina 'current quarter plus one' pipeline equal to three (3) times quarterly quota.$0$0 b.    Ensurethat new pipeline deals are with G2000 target accounts or non-G2000 c customersonly.$0$0 c.    Enterone hundred percent (100%) of deals in Siebel with all fields completed.$0$0 d.    Obtaineighty five percent (85%) accuracy of forecasting in Siebel.$0$0 e.    EachRegion Director must maintain strong working relationships with a minimum of three (3) strategic alliance partners.$0$0 f. Eightypercent (80%) of all Regional Sales Managers must attain one hundred percent(100%) of quota. $0$0$0$0$0RegionalVP is responsible for account management, as follows:$0$01)     EnsureRSMs contact all customers quarterly, tier 1 customers monthly, and that $0$0 selected customer receive and complete a customer satisfaction survey quarterly. If a customer is unassigned, it is the Region Director'sresponsibility to contact the customer. $0$02) Administerand follow up on SatMetrix survey for the region. $0$03) EnsureRSMs complete three (3) customer success stories per quarter per the standard format. $0$0$0$0$0ExperienceMinimum Position Requirements: $0$01) 10 years sales experience with 5 years experience managing and building salesteams.$0$02) Exceptionalsales background in the integration and/or EAI space. $0$03) Broadindustry knowledge and experience.
