Position Overview:
The Integra Regional Sales Director is involved in all aspects of the creation and
execution of Integra’s sales and marketing initiatives to assure the successful
attainment of strategic sales, engineering, operational, and financial goals.
Responsibilities:
• Market, demonstrate, and sell Integra’s full-line of managed and professional
service offerings.
• Lead the role out of new product/service offerings to existing customer base
and target market.
• Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities for consulting services (architectural,
advisory, development and deployment services) and Premier Support
Services (proactive, reactive support services, operational excellence, etc.).
• Prepare proposals, statements of work, and corresponding contracts for review
and approval by Integra management, engineering, and customers.
• Track leads utilizing contact management software.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales pipeline for
Integra management as required.
• Maximize the visibility and brand identity of Integra through strategic marketing,
networking, and relationship building.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and individual sales opportunities.
Recommend appropriate strategies and tactics to close deals.
• Gather and report on industry and market intelligence.
• Complete follow up on inquiries and leads forwarded from partners and agents.
• Manage on-going relationships with customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales; including 2+ years of
experience selling technical service offerings through consultative sales.
• Proven ability to generate, qualify, and close B2B sales leads.
• A quantifiable track record of consistently exceeding established sales quotas.
• High level knowledge of some or all of the following software solutions
preferred: Managed Services, Hosted Services, Virtualization Solutions, Data
Storage, Protection and Recovery Solutions, Strategic IT Consulting, and
Networking Hardware..
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including proposal
writing and presentation).
• Experience utilizing contact management software such as ACT, Goldmine,
Salesforce.com, etc to manage sales pipelines.
• Strong, aggressive personality.
• Accomplished self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience working in a virtual or self-directed environment.
• Four-year college degree highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a good driving record.
Travel:
• Local travel for sales appointments is required.
Compensation Package:
• Highly competitive base salary plus commission – no earnings cap.
• Mileage reimbursement.
