Secure Computing is proud to be the security solutions provider to many of the most mission-critical and sensitive environments in the world.DescriptionAs Region Director, you will report directly to the Vice President of North American Sales.Responsibilities Coach and mentor a team of regional sales managers and sales engineers creating demand for Secure Computing products in partnership with our extensive reseller network. This team of resellers and field sales professionals focus their efforts on Fortune 2000 accounts, state & local government and higher education customers. Develop reseller & territory sales plans, strategies and forecasts. Direct, coach, motivate and provide clear expectations and feedback for your regional sales team. Establish and maintain relationships with Value Added Resellers & enterprise accounts within your territory. Accountable for revenue attainment that is 100% or more of quarterly quota.Requirements 5+ years proven sales management track record of exceeding goals by managing a reseller network and sales team within the US or other international markets. Excellent communications, project management and organizational skills. Success in setting and consistently surpassing goals and objectives. The ability to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring of a team.  Experience selling network security products or network hardware / software a plus. 2+ years sales management experience with a “vendor”/manufacturer.
