Regional Manager - Southern California and Surrounding Area

For more than 25 years, Westin Engineering, Inc. (Westin) has been providing professional services to guide water, wastewater, public works, electrical utilities and other public agencies to optimize processes, retain knowledge, meet compliance requirements, serve customers and improve asset life.

Westin is currently recruiting for the position of Regional Manager - Principal Level to work in our Southern Caifornia office. The Manager will be responsible for leading all activities in the office and provide management of sales and technical resources for all engineering and consulting engagements in Southern California and the surrounding area.  This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President.

Responsibilities Include:
Client service development
High quality proposals and deliverables
Client management ensuring project delivery and continuous client satisfaction
Technical lead for large and/or strategic projects
Staff hiring, mentoring, and development
Achieving sales, revenue, and business growth goals



Job Requirements Include:

Demonstrated knowledge of IT systems and/or SCADA/Telecom for water utilities
Excellent technical skills, interpersonal skills, and reputation in the industry
Demonstrated capability of managing technical staff
Ability to develop and maintain excellent business relationships with established and new customers
Excellent written/verbal presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear concise manner to a variety of audiences Successful delivery of large projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards
B.S. in Business, Information Technology, Engineering / Management or related field, advanced education degree, registered or certified professional a plus
