Due to our rapid and continued growth, we seek a Regional Consultant to join our consulting services team.  The Regional Consultant is responsible for managing Partner relationships and engagement strategy for Zywave’s products and services. Deliver outstanding consulting services to Zywave customers along with other members of the Zywave team to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Zywave insurance marketing tools.

Responsibilities include:Work with Zywave Partners to analyze, innovate and improve their businesses through the applied use of Zywave products and services. Contact customers to deepen collaborative business relationships, initiate product conversations, respond to service requests, and recommend new products and/or services.For new business, coordinate all implementation activities, including training events and post training consultation to ensure their successful and effective use of Zywave applications and services.For existing business, provide generalist product support, travel for regular proactive consultations to assess progress on agency goals/strategic plan, service visits to partners at risk, key account or determined geographical area, develop best practice recommendations; explore account rounding opportunities.Progress in professional development by continuously enhancing knowledge of new and existing Zywave products as well as keep current with insurance trends and legislative developments that impact the design and administration of insurance and employee benefits.Enhance communications between Partner Services and other departments.Use ZyBuilder to document and track partner contact and issues.Perform other tasks as needed/assigned.

Requirements: College degree in business, industrial and labor relations, insurance, or related discipline plus one year of related experience and/or equivalent combination in employee benefits or human resources as an account executive, relationship manager, representative, or similar function.Demonstrated skills in consulting, group/individual presentations and client interfacing.Advanced communications skills in influencing others and relationship building. Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build and cultivate positive client relationships.Working understanding of brokerage operations/insurance-related trends helpful.Strong general computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and advanced skills in Internet technology and usage.20-30% travel and personal credit card (for travel expenses, to be reimbursed) is required.
