Regional Account Manager - Enterprise-Exchange Division

Fast growing, Phoenix based, technology company is looking for Inside Regional Account Managers – Enterprise-Exchange Division North America.  Candidate will be responsible for achieving sales quota in a territory in North America.  Conducts full sales cycles that typically do not call for face-to-face meetings; qualifies leads from marketing activity; coordinates sales efforts with NetPro Pre-Sales Engineers.  Produces and presents proposals to customers.  Presents and manages on-line sales seminars.

 

Job responsibilities include:

· Maintain, identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Enterprise space within a given territory

· Collaborate with field team members as well as work independently to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets

· Identify markets, manage territories, cold call potential customers, prospect qualification, develop a thorough needs analysis and close target opportunities

· Learn, understand, and execute the principles of Solution Selling

· Generate monthly / quarterly forecasts, proof of concepts, web demos, ROI’s, and business case justification

· Negotiate opportunities across the enterprise

· Provide reports of sales and opportunity status to manager

 

 

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of successful, quota carrying, telesales or sales experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business; Exchange software sales experience preferred; integrated sales cycle experience, basic business management training, experienced at art of telephone communication

· Strong knowledge of technology – particularly Microsoft Exchange

· Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills; strong time management ability; excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, and solution selling

· Professional writing and presentation skills required

· Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Salesforce.com system a plus

· Heavy e-mail and telephone usage

· Microsoft LiveMeeting (or similar platform) usage
