Regional Account Manager

Calyx Software is a leading provider of loan automation systems for the mortgage banking, brokerage, and financial services industry whose core product is used by 68.7% of the mortgage brokers in the U.S. as their primary business solution.  Our Dallas office is looking for Regional Account Management Sales professionals to assist in our next stages of growth across the US in the Mortgage Banking, Wholesale and Correspondent Lending Markets.

Selected individuals will be expected to:Leverage existing Mortgage Banker (Correspondent, Wholesale and Retail) customers by building solid relationships at all management levelsAttend assigned industry trade shows, managing sales activities and following through with all leadsExercise a high amount of judgment and discretion with accounts to identify opportunities and nurture relationshipsTrack and report sales activities to the National Sales Manager Work with other account managers to develop and nurture a positive, driven sales teamLead by example in working with their own teams and others



The ideal candidate will have:B. A. or B. S. degree in business, marketing, mortgage finance, or related field of specialty (MBA is a plus but not necessary)3 – 5 years of provable, successful consultative/relationship-based sales experience in Mortgage Brokerage/Banking or Financial Services softwareSuperb verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong personal and professional integrity
