Receptionist (part-time)

Part-time Receptionist

Responsibilities: 

· Create an excellent first impression with clients, candidates and visitors through an open, courteous and friendly demeanor

· All front-of house operations, including: reception, telephone systems, mail, conference rooms and catering, managing visitors, signing for deliveries, monitoring the parking lot

· and light computer tasks

· Provide administrative support to all staff  as needed

· Work closely with and report to the Office Manager

 

 Requirements:

· Willing and able to do whatever it takes to have Guidance “be the best� and be a welcoming place for employees, customers, vendors and others

· Prior experience as a Receptionist or Office Assistant

· Skilled in all front-of house activities and able to undertake such duties with minimal supervision: phone duties, greeting and managing customers, vendors and other callers, updating routine lists, managing conference rooms and setting up for meetings

· Basic skills with Microsoft Office

 

15 hours per week (3 days of 5 hours, likely Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-3pm).

Flexibility to work additional hours to cover vacations.
