Receptionist - Administrative Assistant
Financial Software and Risk Management Advisory firm, located in Wall Street area seeks a highly qualified Administrative Assistant with multi-tasking computer skills to provide administrative support.
Opportunity for advancement exist as current person in this position is being promoted.
Tasks:Â Receptionists duties, Accounts Payable, data entry with spreadsheet analysis, prepare and make bank deposits, order all office supplies, open and distribute mail, scan and file contracts, prepare conference materials, coordinate travel plans and other routine office tasks.
Reqired: College degree, computer-literacy and two years of experience in an office environment.
