Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Dynamic Plainview based Consulting firm has a Executive Assistant/ support positions available.  We are seeking responsible, dependable and professional multitaskers to join our winning team.  Our fast paced environment requires individuals who can think on their feet and have an eye for the future growth of the company. 

 

Job Duties include, but are not limited to: 

·  As an Executive Assistant Support CEO/President and other professionals in group

Manage calendar and meeting coordination

Recruiting/interview schedule coordination

Send e-mail, coordinate fax distributions for department

Organize & maintain departmental files (paper and computer-based) & supplies

Distribution of mail & phone coverage

Coordination of both on-site & off-site meetings with external constituents

The ideal candidate should:

  Familiar in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast  paced environment. follow-up skills, attention to details / accuracy. Works well under tight deadlines
High energy, proactive approach, high reliability.Positive attitude, good sense of humor
