Quality Assurance Coordinator

ALGOR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to fill a full time opportunity in the corporate office located at 150 Beta Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.  This is a full time position, reporting to the Director of Software Development. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 - Work closely with Quality Assurance Manager maintaining and developing Quality Control System.

- Administrative operation of the Corrective Action System.

- Support of internal and agency audits.

- Quality Assurance record retention.

-Maintain RCPs (daily) to be included in releases and update R&D on submissions through reporting systems in place.

-Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

-Archive releases.

-Maintain QA Training records and procedures.

-Release tracking.

-May manage project and activities related to the quality system.

-Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

-This is predominantly an administrative support position.

Education and Experience:

- Associates degree with quality assurance related experience preferred.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Knowledge of Quality System requirements preferred.

-Knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements preferred.

-Working knowledge of computers including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

-Ability to communicate effectively, and write concise reports.
