QA Analyst Lead (FACETS or QNXT or Payer experience)

This Lead Quality Assurance (QA) position for product integration testing is responsible for collaborating with the Product QA team to design, develop, and potentially execute and verify test plans as a member of the Product Integration Testing Center of Excellence (COE). The Lead QA individual will work in partnership with the Product QA teams to enable them to achieve their integration testing objectives with other TriZetto components, products and solutions. The integration testing will evaluate and confirm that the interconnected functionality across TriZetto components, products and solutions interact according to their requirements Responsibilities include: 1. Develop, execute, document and manage test plans and scenarios for integration testing of TriZetto components, products and solutions. 2. Develop test scenarios designed to ensure all components, products and solutions interact seamlessly based on the business and functional requirements. 3. Ensure all issues are documented and tracked to resolution. 4. Collaborate with other Quality Assurance teams to develop shared templates, test criteria, scenarios, and testing tools. 5. Create and manage test data needed for integration testing. 6. Configure the components, products and solutions in a common environment to be used for integration testing. 7. Responsible to keep up to date on product offerings, solutions, features and functions and incorporate new features into integration testing plans. 8. Understand customer business processes to ensure all products interact seamlessly to simulate customer environments. 9. Work closely with Product QA, Product Management, Integrated Health Solutions and Product Development teams to facilitate resolution of errors, issues, and negative outcomes. Coordinate and conduct retesting as necessary. 10. Communicate and collaborate with customers to establish partnerships for use cases, test data and business scenarios. 11. Provide project progress and status reports. 12. Other duties as required. This position requires a strong knowledge of TriZetto's payer software applications as well as the software development life cycle used by TriZetto. • The Lead QA should be a SME on Payer Core Admin Systems, preferably on either Facets or QNXT. • Seven or more years of Quality Assurance testing or development experience is required. • Experience with integration testing techniques and automated testing tools is preferred. • Expert knowledge of payer health plans’ business cycles. • Ability to define and manage test cycles and integrate test methods and sequencing of events. • Ability to leverage and communicate subject matter and testing expertise throughout the integration testing. • Knowledgeable in database applications and data management with the skills to manipulate test data and experience with SQL. • Intuitive testing mentality, providing innate ability to apply theoretical test methods into real world scenarios, leading to test scenario definition and test case.. TriZetto offers an attractive, competitive compensation plan and benefits package, including paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave, medical/vision/dental plans, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
