QA Analyst Lead -
This Lead Quality Management (QM) position is responsible for Integrated Healthcare Management (IHM) Certification including TriZetto product release certification, 3rd party certification, employee certification, and IHM Foundation certification for subsystems, components and objects. The person filling this position will be responsible to develop Quality Gates with entrance and exit criteria, standards and best practices, while working with the entire Development organization (including QA) and Product Management to implement them. In addition, the successful candidate will define common product attributes, conduct release certification reviews, collect and publish metrics with analysis, and conduct compliance audits. Responsibilities include: Develop quality gates, standards and best practices to establish a common IHM Certification processes across the Development organization, while working with the individual Development and QA teams to refine and customize for local implementation. Manage all certification by conducting meetings and reviews, including documenting outcomes and action items to be addressed. Educate the Development organization on the standards and processes established. Provide mentoring and assistance to pass through the defined Quality Gates. Prepare materials for certification. Create tools and common templates, as well as identify, evaluate and recommend vendor tools as needed. Conduct audits to assess skill sets, capabilities, methods, and adherence to standards and best practices. Collect, analyze and publish metrics both internally to the Quality Central intranet site and externally to the Customer site as appropriate. Work closely with the Product Management and Development to address and facilitate their needs. Provide project progress and status reports. Other duties as required.Requirements Working knowledge of one or more software process improvement models or certification methods. Seven or more years of Quality Assurance testing experience is required. Ability to leverage and communicate subject matter and testing expertise. Excellent communication, facilitation and writing skills. Good interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience in preparing and conducting formal presentation to technical and business audiences, both internal and external. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
