Project Manager - Radialogy Engineering

Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of multiple projects through requirements, functional specification, design, implementation, and the deployment. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals of the projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Works closely with the Engineering leads, Program management and other product core team members to effectively govern the projects.

Key responsibilities Include:
• Owns and is responsible for seeing that all of the phases and steps of a projects are performed
• Builds and tracks the master project plan for the team
• Tracks project issues through the escalation and resolution process
• Identifies process gaps and works with corporate Quality group to address the gaps.
• Assists project team with user documentation and handoff materials where appropriate
• Communicates the project status to the business unit program management and engineering management.
• 10+ years experience as a project manager, with work experience in enterprise software development environment.
• PMP Certification
• Possess a good understanding of software development life cycles
• Experience with iterative and agile software development methodologies
• Experience managing projects involving offshore engineering teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, experience with SharePoint, MS Project Server
• Ability to work on large scale complex projects with many stakeholders
• Capable of scheduling and tracking project work items, milestones, resource allocation, etc.
• Experience in Healthcare industry and or managing speech application development is a plus.
• Ability to solve issues and to drive decisions to closure
• Strong inter personal skills
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills
